What are cookies?
Cookies are small files a website saves on your phone or computer. Browser storage (local storage and session storage) works in a similar way: the site keeps a small note in your browser. This policy covers both.
What do you promise?
- No analytics, no advertising or social media pixels, no third-party trackers. We do not count, follow or profile your visits.
- Only what the site needs. Everything listed below is there so the site, booking and checkout work, or to remember a choice you made, like your language.
- That is why there is no cookie banner. There is nothing optional to switch on or off.
- If this changes, we ask first. Before we add anything optional, such as visitor statistics, we will ask you with a clear choice, where saying no is as easy as saying yes, and we will update this page.
- No Google cookies from our map. The map on our site is our own drawn image. Tapping "Get directions" opens Google Maps or Apple Maps in a new page, where their own policies apply.
- WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok and Google review links are plain links. They set nothing until you leave our site.
What do you use?
Our site keeps a few small notes in your browser: your language, the specialist and patch test time you picked while booking, and the Academy courses you added to an enquiry. Most of them disappear when you close the tab. They stay in your browser and we do not collect them.
Wix, our booking and forms system, gives your browser an anonymous visitor token so booking times and forms work. It is gone when you close the tab.
Wix checkout and booking pages: when you pay or fill in the booking form, you move to pages run by Wix. Wix sets its own essential cookies there, for security and to complete your booking or payment.
Site search and Mira, our chat assistant, store nothing on your device. A Mira conversation is held only in the open page and is gone when you close it.

How do I clear or block it?
- Closing the tab clears session storage.
- To clear everything else, clear the website data in your browser settings. On iPhone: Settings, Safari, Clear History and Website Data.
- You can also block cookies and site data in your browser settings. If you block this essential storage, booking times, the booking form or checkout may stop working.
