How may I use this website?
By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it. You must not misuse the site: no attempts to hack, overload or copy it automatically, no false bookings, no unlawful, abusive or misleading content in forms, reviews or chats.
Is the information here medical advice?
Our website, guides, FAQs and our assistant Mira give general information about treatments. This is not medical advice and not a promise that a treatment is right for you. Whether a treatment is suitable for you is decided only at a consultation with your practitioner, after reviewing your health history. If you have a medical condition or take medicines, please also speak to your doctor.
Some treatments, such as prescription medicines, can only be prescribed by a registered doctor after an in-person assessment. We do not advertise or sell prescription-only medicines.
Who is Mira?
Mira is an AI assistant, not a person. Mira can make mistakes. Prices, availability and details shown in our booking system and confirmed by our team are the ones that count. Mira cannot book, cancel, change or refund anything, cannot give medical advice, and cannot agree to anything on our behalf. Please do not share health details with Mira. See our Privacy Policy.
Are the prices and times final?
- Prices shown on the website come live from our booking system and shop. They are in euro and include VAT where VAT applies.
- "From" prices show the lowest price for that treatment group. Your exact price depends on the treatment, area and amount chosen, and is confirmed at booking or consultation.
- We may change prices, treatments, products and courses at any time. A change never affects a booking or order we have already confirmed, except where you agree.
- Before you pay, the booking or checkout page shows the full price, the deposit and anything else you need to know. That is the price that applies.
What if there is a mistake on the site?
We work hard to keep the site accurate. If we make an obvious mistake with a price or description (for example a treatment shown at a price far below its real price), we will tell you before your appointment or delivery and you can choose to go ahead at the correct price or cancel for a full refund. We do not have to honour an obvious error.
Are the photos real results?
Before and after photos on our site show genuine clients of Mirabell Aesthetics who gave written consent. They are not edited apart from cropping, and each pair is taken in the same light, from the same angle, with a relaxed expression. Each photo says which treatment and how many sessions it shows. Results vary from person to person and are not a promise of your result. We never show before and after photos of prescription treatments.
Can I use your photos or text?
Everything on this site, including text, photos, videos, logos, the Mirabell and MB marks, designs, price lists, guides and course materials, belongs to us or to people who let us use it. You may view it and share links to it. You may not copy, reuse, sell or adapt it, use it to train AI, or use our name or photos to promote another business, without our written permission.
What about links to other sites?
We link to other sites such as Wix checkout, Google Maps, WhatsApp, Instagram and TikTok. We are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.
What if the site is down?
We try to keep the site running, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors. Booking, checkout, vouchers and payments run on Wix and its payment partners. If those systems are down, please call or WhatsApp us and we will help.
What are you responsible for?
- Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit.
- Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer. Any term that is unfair under Irish law does not bind you.
- For free use of the website (reading content, using Mira, browsing), we are not liable for loss caused by relying on general information on the site instead of getting personal advice, or for loss caused by events outside our reasonable control.
- When you buy something from us, the policy for that purchase sets out our responsibilities.
- If you use the site for business purposes (for example as a salon owner), we are not liable to you for loss of profit, business or opportunity.
Can these terms change?
We may update these terms. The version on the site when you use it applies. Bookings and orders follow the terms in force when you made them.
How do I make a complaint?
Tell us first at hello@mirabellaesthetics.ie or +353 85 186 5581 and we will do our best to put it right. You can also get free information about your rights from the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (ccpc.ie).
Which law applies?
These terms are governed by Irish law, and the Irish courts have jurisdiction. If you live in another EU country, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country and can also bring a claim there. Small claims up to €2,000 can be made through the Small Claims procedure of the District Court.
