How does the e-voucher arrive?
By email, with a unique code. It goes to you or straight to the person you are treating, on the date you choose.
What can a gift voucher be used for?
Any treatment at the clinic, from a hydrofacial to lip filler or semi-permanent brows, including packages and courses of treatment. Vouchers are for treatments only, not shop products or academy courses.
How long is a gift voucher valid?
Five years from the date of purchase. The expiry date is in the voucher email. We recommend booking within 12 months, as treatments and prices can change over time.
Can I add a personal message?
Yes. At checkout you add the recipient's name and your personal message, up to 500 characters, and choose the day it should arrive.
How do I use my gift voucher?
Enter the code at checkout when you book online, or show it in clinic. If the treatment costs more, you pay the difference. If it costs less, the balance stays on the voucher for next time.

What if the treatment is not right for her?
She starts with a consultation, and the voucher goes towards the treatment that suits her. If a treatment is not suitable, she can use the voucher on another one.
Can I get a refund on a gift voucher?
If you bought it online, by phone or by message, you can cancel within 14 days of buying it, as long as it has not been used, for a full refund. After that, vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
What if the voucher email is lost?
Contact us with the buyer name, email and roughly when you bought it. Once we have checked, we re-send the code. If you think a code was stolen, tell us at once and we block it and issue a new code for the balance.
