These terms apply to Mirabell Aesthetics e-gift vouchers sold by MIRABELL COSMETOLOGY LIMITED, trading as Mirabell Aesthetics, Dolcan House, 78/80 Tower Road, Clondalkin, Dublin, D22 N6F6.
What you are buying
- Our vouchers are e-vouchers: a unique code sent by email to you or straight to the person you choose, on the date you choose.
- Values: €150, €300 or €500, or any amount from €100.
- Free promotional credits (for example Mirabell Circle or referral credits) are not gift vouchers and follow their own terms.
- A voucher is a money value, not a specific treatment. If you choose a "popular gift" such as lip filler, the voucher is for that amount of money, and the recipient can use it on anything listed in section 4.
Valid for 5 years
- Every voucher is valid for 5 years from the date of purchase. The expiry date is shown in the voucher email.
- We recommend booking within 12 months. Treatments, products and prices can change over time. The voucher's money value never goes down, but a treatment may cost more or less later, or be replaced by a newer one.
Using a voucher
- Online: enter the code at checkout under "Redeem a gift card". For treatments, it pays the deposit or full price shown online.
- In clinic: show us the code and we apply it to your treatment, including the balance due after a deposit.
- You do not have to spend it all at once. Any balance stays on the voucher until it expires.
- You can use more than one voucher in one payment.
- If the treatment costs more than the voucher, you pay the difference by card or another method we accept.
- Anyone who has the code can use it, whatever name is on the voucher, so keep it safe. If you want the name changed, we do it free of charge.
What a voucher can be used for
- Any clinic treatment, package or course of treatment on our price list. Vouchers are for treatments only.
It cannot be used for:
- products in our clinic or online shop;
- Mirabell Academy courses;
- prescription-only medicines or any treatment that needs a prescription, which can only be decided by a doctor after an in-person assessment;
- buying other gift vouchers.
A voucher does not guarantee that a treatment is suitable. The recipient still needs a consultation and, where needed, a patch test, and must meet the age rule (18+; under 18 only if the practitioner agrees at a consultation, with written parent or guardian consent). If a treatment is not suitable, the voucher can be used for something else.
Booking with a voucher
Booking appointments follow our Booking Policy. If an appointment paid by voucher is cancelled with 24 hours' notice, the amount goes back on the voucher. If it is cancelled late or missed, the deposit amount is used, as with any booking.
Refunds and cash
- Changed your mind? If you bought the voucher online, by phone or by message, you can cancel within 14 days of buying it, as long as it has not been used, and we refund you in full within 14 days to the card you paid with. Contact us at hello@mirabellaesthetics.ie, use the Cancel contract here page on our website, or the cancellation form at the end of our Booking Policy. Refunds are made by us directly, as our online system cannot reverse voucher payments automatically, and we then block the code.
- After 14 days, vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded, except where the law requires.
- If a voucher can only be used once and you spend less than its value, we refund any balance of €1 or more. (Our e-vouchers keep the balance, so this rarely applies.)
Lost codes
- If the email is lost, contact us with the buyer's name and email, and the approximate date of purchase. We re-send the code to the email used when buying, or to the recipient's email, once we have checked who you are.
- We cannot replace value already used by someone who had the code before you told us.
- If you think a code has been stolen, tell us at once and we will block it and issue a new code for the remaining balance.
If the business changes
If the business is sold or changes hands, valid vouchers will still be honoured as the law requires.
