How much is a hydrofacial in Dublin? your 2027 price guide Glow, without the guesswork

Hydrofacial at Mirabell Aesthetics in Clondalkin, Dublin 22

Everyone you know seems to have had one. Your friend swears by hers before every night out. But the prices you find online jump from under €80 to nearly €200, for what looks like the same facial. Here is what you are actually paying for.

How much does a hydrofacial cost in Dublin?

    WherePrice per sessionNotes
Dublin clinics and salons (directory listings)about €75 to €170Depends on length, add-ons and location
National chain, branded machine facialfrom about €175"From" prices are often promotions
Mirabell Aesthetics, Clondalkinfrom €100About 75 minutes, skin check included, no downtime

Prices change, and many "from" prices are offers, so always check the clinic's own page before you compare. Ours are pulled live from our booking system, so the price on our site is the price you pay.

Why do hydrofacial prices vary so much?

    1. The system. Some clinics use one trademarked machine and charge for the name. Others, like us, use a professional hydradermabrasion system with the same steps: cleanse, exfoliate, extract and hydrate.
    2. Length. A 30-minute express version and a 75-minute treatment are not the same facial.
    3. Add-ons. Extra serums or add-on steps can be included or charged on top.
    4. Who treats you. A skin check first, and advice on what your skin really needs, is worth paying for.
    5. Location. City centre rent shows up in the price.

What do you get in a hydrofacial at Mirabell?

About 75 minutes, start to finish:

    1. Skin check. We look at your skin and ask about your routine and any sensitivity.
    2. Cleanse. Make-up and surface oil are removed.
    3. Exfoliate. Dead skin is gently lifted.
    4. Extract. Water-based suction clears your pores. No squeezing.
    5. Hydrate. Serums go into fresh skin.
    6. Protect. Moisturiser and SPF, plus tips for your routine.

Most clients find it relaxing. The suction feels like a cool, gentle pull.

Is a hydrofacial worth the money?

For a fast, visible glow with no downtime, yes. It cleans pores, hydrates and brightens, and your skin looks better the moment you sit up. It is the facial to book 2 to 3 days before a wedding, a party or a holiday.

What it will not do: remove deep scars or strong pigmentation. For those, a chemical peel or microneedling does more, and we will tell you honestly if that is where your money is better spent.

How often do you need one, and what does that cost per year?

Every 4 to 6 weeks keeps the results going. So the real question is not the price of one facial, but the price of keeping your skin looking that way over a year.

    • Single sessions and courses: every price option is shown live on our hydrofacial page, so you can compare before you book.
    • Hydrofacial and peel together: many women alternate the two, glow from the hydrofacial and correction from the peel. Read hydrofacial or chemical peel.

    Is there a cheaper option?

If you want a quick refresh, our Glow Facial, from €80, takes about 45 minutes and brings tired skin back to life. It is a lighter treatment, not a replacement for a full hydrofacial, but it is a lovely in-between.

What should you ask before you book?

    • How long is the treatment, and which steps are included?
    • Are serums or add-ons included in the price?
    • Will someone check my skin first?
    • Is a course cheaper per session?
    • Is it suitable for my skin right now? (Not with sunburn, active inflamed acne, or within 2 weeks of a peel, microneedling or laser.)
