You have saved the inspiration photos. You know the look you want. Then you search for prices and find everything from €150 to well over €400 for what seems like the same treatment. So what are you actually paying for, and how do you know a price is fair?
This guide gives you real Dublin price ranges, explains what moves the price up or down, and lists the questions that protect you before you book anywhere, including with us.
How much does lip filler cost in Dublin in 2026?
Most Dublin clinics price lip filler by the amount of product, in millilitres (ml). A 2026 Irish price guide puts 0.5ml at roughly €180 to €250 and 1ml at roughly €275 to €400. Published clinic prices we checked in October 2026 sit inside or close to that range.
| Where | 0.5ml | 1ml | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| Irish market guide (2026) | €180 to €250 | €275 to €400 | Typical range across Ireland |
| National chain (Thérapie) | from €195 | not listed | "From" prices are often promotions |
| South Dublin clinic (Vista, Stillorgan) | not listed | €275 | Published price list |
| Dublin clinic (Sisu) | not listed | €300 | Published price list |
| City centre skin clinic (Renew, Dublin 2) | not listed | €420 | Published price list |
| Salon listings on booking apps | €150 to €185 | €199 to €230 | Check who injects and which product |
| Mirabell Aesthetics, Clondalkin | from €170 | up to €240 | Consultation at the start of your appointment, review included |
Prices change, and many "from" prices are offers, so always check the clinic's own page before you compare. Ours are pulled live from our booking system, so the price on our site is the price you pay.
Why do lip filler prices vary so much?
Five things make the difference.
- The amount of filler. 0.5ml gives a soft, subtle lift. 1ml gives a fuller look or more correction. Most first-timers start with 0.5ml and build later if they want more.
- The product. Premium hyaluronic acid fillers from established suppliers cost the clinic more. A price far below the market can mean a cheaper or unknown product.
- Who treats you. Experience costs. A practitioner who has treated lips for years, and who knows how to manage a complication, is worth more than a quick weekend course.
- What is included. A consultation, numbing cream, written aftercare and a review appointment a few weeks later can all be included, or all charged extra.
- Location. City centre rent shows up in the price. Clinics in the suburbs often charge less for the same product and care.
Is cheap lip filler worth the risk?
Be careful with prices that look too good. The HPRA, Ireland's medical device regulator, warns that fake fillers circulate on the EU market and advises asking where your practitioner sources their products. Ireland also has no specific law yet on who may inject dermal fillers, although the government has committed to limiting injecting to trained healthcare professionals. Until that changes, checking is up to you.
Red flags to walk away from:
- Treatment at a party, a pop-up or someone's kitchen.
- No consultation and no health questions.
- No written aftercare and no number to call if something feels wrong.
- Pressure to book today or to buy more filler than you asked for.
- A price far below every other clinic in Dublin.
Saving €50 is never worth your lips.
0.5ml or 1ml: how much lip filler do you need?
Less than you think, most of the time. 0.5ml suits most first-timers and women who want softer volume, better symmetry or a crisper lip line. 1ml suits fuller lips, more correction, or someone topping up an existing result. A good practitioner will look at your face, not a number, and will tell you kindly if you are asking for more than your lips can carry.
If you are unsure, start small. You can always add more at your review, but over-filled lips are what make filler look obvious and raise the risk of migration.
How long does lip filler last, and what does it cost per year?
Most results last 6 to 12 months. Your first treatment can fade a little faster. So when you compare prices, think in cost per year, not cost per visit. A well-placed 0.5ml that you top up once a year often works out better value, and looks more natural, than a bigger, cheaper treatment you need to correct.
What does lip filler cost at Mirabell?
At Mirabell Aesthetics in Clondalkin, lip filler starts from €170 for 0.5ml. The final price depends on the amount you need, and we agree it with you before we start. Your price includes:
- A consultation at the start of your appointment, before we treat, with no pressure to go ahead.
- Numbing cream, so you stay comfortable.
- A plan set by Maria Belina, who has 11 years of experience in aesthetics, carried out by our trained team.
- Written aftercare.
- A review a few weeks later to check how your lips have settled, if you would like one, at no extra cost.
Your deposit comes off your final price. See every lip option and book on our lip filler in Dublin page.
Want colour as well as shape? Lip blush and filler work well together. We do the lip blush first and add filler once it has healed, usually 4 to 6 weeks later.
What should you ask before you book lip filler?
Take this list to any consultation, ours included:
- Who will treat me, and what training and experience do they have?
- Which filler do you use, and where do you buy it?
- How many ml do you recommend for me, and why?
- What is included in the price: consultation, numbing, review?
- What happens if I have a problem after hours?
A good clinic will answer every one without hesitating.
How do you plan lip filler around an event?
Book at least two weeks before a wedding, holiday or big night out. Swelling peaks on day 1 to 2 and your final shape shows at around two weeks. We suggest waiting at least 48 hours, and ideally a week, before you fly.

How much is lip filler in Ireland?

How much is 1ml of lip filler in Dublin?
Most Dublin clinics charge about €275 to €400 for 1ml, and some city centre clinics charge more. At Mirabell, the top of our lip filler range is €240. We confirm the amount you need at the consultation at the start of your appointment.
Is 0.5ml of lip filler enough?
For most first-timers, yes. 0.5ml gives a soft lift and better shape without looking done. You can add more at your review if you want a fuller look.
Why is some lip filler so cheap?
A very low price can mean a cheaper or unknown product, a less experienced injector, or no consultation, aftercare or review. The HPRA warns that fake fillers circulate in the EU, so always ask which product is used and where it comes from.
Is the consultation free at Mirabell?
Yes. Our consultation is free, takes about 10 minutes and there is no pressure to book. For lip filler you can also book straight away: the consultation then happens at the start of your appointment.
How long does lip filler last?
Most results last 6 to 12 months, depending on your metabolism, lifestyle and the product. Your first treatment can fade a little faster.
