I'm shook
I got micro needling and radio frequency there, within a few days I could see my skin texture and tightness improve, I'm shook at the results!! Not to mention she's a lovely person and so professional, can't wait to book my next treatment in.

Filler or collagen stimulation? Instant shape, or gradual support.
Hyaluronic acid filler gives shape straight away: a sharper jaw, a stronger chin, defined cheekbones. Collagen-stimulating treatments, such as Radiesse and PLLA, work differently. They encourage your skin to make more of its own collagen, so the result builds over weeks to months and looks very natural. Radiesse adds a little structure on the day too. Many women combine the two: filler for shape, collagen stimulation for skin quality. We plan it with you.
Is face contouring right for you? Honest answers before you book.
You'll love it if
- Your jawline looks softer than it used to, especially in side photos.
- Your chin sits back a little and your profile feels unbalanced.
- Your cheeks look flatter and your face looks more tired.
- You want definition that suits your face, not a trend.
Not right now if
- You are pregnant or breastfeeding.
- You have an active infection, cold sore or skin flare in the area, or a dental treatment in the next two weeks.
- You have a known allergy to hyaluronic acid filler or any of its ingredients.
- You take blood-thinning medication or have a bleeding disorder or autoimmune condition: tell us at consultation, as you may need your doctor's advice first.
- You want a change that does not suit your face. We will tell you, kindly and clearly.

Consultation
We look at your face from every angle, your health history and what you want to change.
Your plan
The area, the amount and the price are agreed before we start. If less is better for you, we say so.
Photos and numbing
Before photos (with your consent), then numbing cream.
Treatment
Filler is placed slowly, checking balance from the front and the side. Most clients feel pressure.
The mirror moment
You see the shape straight away. Expect some swelling at first.
Aftercare and review
You leave with written aftercare. If you would like a review, we check how it has settled a few weeks later.
Before and after filler A little prep, an easy recovery.
Before your appointment
- Do: If you take blood-thinning medicine, tell us and check with your doctor. Never stop prescribed medicine on your own.
- Do: Book at least 2 weeks before a wedding, holiday or big event, so any swelling or bruising has settled.
- Avoid: Leave 2 weeks between dental work or a vaccine and your filler.
- Avoid: Pause aspirin, ibuprofen and supplements such as fish oil, vitamin E, ginkgo and garlic capsules, if you take them yourself rather than on a doctor's advice.
- Avoid: No alcohol.

Contouring questions Straight answers, before you book.
How much is jawline or chin filler in Dublin?
At Mirabell, chin filler starts from €200 (1ml) and jawline contouring from €400 (2ml). The amount you need is confirmed at your consultation.
How long does jawline and chin filler last?
Typically 9 to 15 months. It depends on the area, your metabolism and your lifestyle. Collagen-stimulating treatments usually last longer, as the result comes from your own collagen.
How much filler do I need for my jawline?
Most women need about 2ml for a visible but natural change. Some need more over two appointments. We tell you honestly at consultation.
Does it hurt?
Most clients feel pressure and some tenderness. Numbing cream goes on first, and we work slowly and check in with you.
What is the swelling like?
Mild swelling and tenderness for 2 to 7 days, sometimes bruising. Book at least two weeks before a big event.
Will it look natural?
That is the aim. We build definition gradually and keep your proportions. If something would not suit your face, we will tell you.
What is the difference between filler and PLLA?
Filler gives shape straight away. PLLA gives no instant volume; it helps your skin build collagen over a course, so the result appears gradually over a few months.
