Polynucleotides are a purified, fish-derived ingredient placed in tiny amounts just under the skin. The product we use is Vitaran, a polynucleotide treatment for the face and the under-eye area. They support the skin's own renewal, so thin, crepey or tired-looking skin can look thicker, smoother and brighter over a few weeks. They do not add volume or change your features. - Avoid: Leave 2 weeks between a facial, peel, microneedling or laser on the same area and your appointment.
- Avoid: Pause aspirin, ibuprofen and supplements such as fish oil, vitamin E, ginkgo and garlic capsules, if you take them yourself rather than on a doctor's advice.
