Why packages cost less

A package gives you a lower price per session because you commit to the full course. The saving is part of that commitment, which is why stopping early is handled as in section 6.

Consultation first

Before you buy a package that includes injectables, skin boosters, device or laser treatments, permanent makeup, or anything you have not had with us before, you have a consultation and, where needed, a patch test. If you are not suitable for any part of the package, we tell you before you pay the balance, and you get a full refund for that part.

How you pay: half now, half after your first session

• First half: paid when you book the package. This secures your package price and your first appointment.
• Second half: paid after your first session, before your next session is booked, in clinic or by a secure payment link, as you prefer.
• If one half is an odd cent amount, we round the first half down.
• Your package price is fixed once you pay the first half, even if our prices go up later.
• Single-visit packages (for example Camera Ready, done in one visit) are paid like a normal appointment: deposit when booking, the rest on the day.

How long a package lasts

• The expiry date is printed on your receipt or confirmation email.
• We remind you by email or WhatsApp about 2 months before your package expires if sessions are left.
• Sessions not used by the expiry date expire, unless the package was paused (section 8) or we could not offer you an appointment.
• If we could not offer you appointments in time because of us, we extend your package for free.

Booking your sessions

• Sessions are booked one at a time, usually at the gap your practitioner recommends for best results and safety.
• Each session follows the Booking Policy. If you cancel a session less than 24 hours before, or do not come, we charge the deposit amount for that treatment (usually €50), taken from what you have paid, and you keep the session.

If you want to stop early

You can stop at any time. We then work out what you owe like this:

1. Each session you have already had is charged at our standard single-session price at the time you bought the package.
2. Any product already ordered or prepared only for you is charged at cost.
3. We take that from what you have paid and refund the rest within 14 days.
4. If what you have used is worth more than what you have paid, you pay the difference, but never more than the full package price.

Example: a course of 6 for the price of 5, each single session €100, package €500. You paid €250 and had 2 sessions. Used value is 2 x €100 = €200. We refund €50.

If you become medically unsuitable

If, after you buy a package, a medical reason means you can no longer safely continue (and it is not because you gave us wrong information), we do not charge single prices. Sessions you had are charged at the package price per session, and we refund the rest. You do not need to tell us the condition; your written confirmation is enough, and your practitioner may confirm suitability at a short review.

Pausing for pregnancy or medical reasons

If you become pregnant, are breastfeeding, or have a medical reason to pause treatment, tell us. We pause your package and add the time back, up to 12 extra months. When you are ready, your practitioner checks you are suitable to continue. If you would rather stop, section 7 applies.

Sharing or transferring a package

Packages are personal and cannot be shared or sold, because each plan is built around your skin and your consultation. We may agree, once and in writing, to transfer unused sessions to a friend or family member, if she is suitable after her own consultation. The expiry date stays the same.

If we cancel or can no longer offer a treatment

If we cancel a session, you choose a new time. If we stop offering a treatment in your package, or can no longer provide it within the validity period, we offer you a similar treatment of the same value or refund the unused sessions at the package price per session. Our choice of a similar treatment needs your agreement.

Buying online: your 14-day right to cancel

If you buy a package online, by phone or by message, you can cancel within 14 days of buying it, for any reason, and get a full refund.

• If you ask us to give you your first session within those 14 days and then cancel within the 14 days, you pay only for what you have had, calculated at the package price per session (not the single price), and we refund the rest.
• If a single-visit package is fully carried out within the 14 days at your request, the right to cancel ends.
• After the 14 days, section 6 applies.
• To cancel, message us, email hello@mirabellaesthetics.ie, use the Cancel contract here page on our website, or use the cancellation form at the end of our Booking Policy.
• If you cancel within the 14 days, we refund what is due within 14 days of your message.

Results

Each person responds differently. The number of sessions in a course is what usually gives the best result, not a promise. Some clients need more sessions than the course includes, and some need fewer. If your practitioner advises you to stop early for safety reasons, section 7 applies.

Gift packages

If a package is bought as a gift, it is sold as a gift voucher, valid for 5 years, and the Gift Voucher terms apply. The validity in section 4 starts from the recipient's first session.

Offers and combinations

Packages cannot be combined with other discounts, welcome codes or Mirabell Circle benefits unless we say so. Gift vouchers can always be used to pay.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights, including your right to services carried out with reasonable care and skill under the Consumer Rights Act 2022.
